I need help!!

Right... well I have just wasted about an hour fiddling with the settings on my blog. It's times like these when I really wish I'd paid a Lot more attention in my IT lesson's at school because I have absolutely No idea what I'm doing!

I reallllyy want to be able to make the photo's on my blog posts bigger, as they are so tiny at the moment and you can't really see that well what's going on in them. I want to have a much plainer background so that the photo's really 'pop' out at you! But at the moment it just looks a bit plain and boring because the photo's are so tiny.

Can anyone give me a helping hand and explain to me how I can change this, it's driving me crazy! I'd be so so grateful...

I may need to go and make a cup of tea now just to get over the stress of it all...! :-)
Thank you

Oh, I almost forgot to say... I've just joined the Universal craft blog directory. It's a brilliant place for finding a whole lotta new craft blogs... not that I'm already following hundreds or anything...

  1. Once you have selected your pic and downloaded it to your post. Before submitting your post, click on the pic. It should turn blue (mine does), and there are options that pop up under the pic.
    Hope this helps.

  3. Hikary's got it.... Also try moving your margins in the design set up to widen the space they appear in.

When you choose your photo options click extra large xxx

  5. yep - I make mine (really, outrageously, unashamedly) big by making it go blue and clicking EXTRA large!
You'll be glad you asked - that's gonna change your life!

  6. Hi Rose, I do the same thing as Hillery, Nikki and Fee, but I could only fit medium size in my layout until I changed the column widths in the layout set up. I just had a play around until it looked ok in the preview. it is frustrating not knowing how to change things around isn't it! Good luck with the layout playing!! Julie:)

  8. I wouldn't have a clue where to start in making your photos larger, though I am sure that someone in blogland would be able to help, I have enough problems in trying to upload photos from my Blackberry!
    Lots of love
