...I'm pleased to be able to tell you that all is well with baby no.2, everything looks normal and healthy... always a nice thing to hear! :-)
....and we found out that I'm growing a little BOY inside my belly at the moment. Come December Rose will have herself a baby brother!
We're absolutely delighted and very pleased we found out the sex, we'd had a few moments of doubt about whether to find out this time round. We never knew if Rose was going to be a boy or a girl but this time it just felt right to find out, the last month has felt like a build up to Christmas!
So I've got myself some gorgeous new wool today (even better, it was on sale!) and the knitting has already begun!

ReplyDeleteHow exciting for you all, there will be blue to mix in with the pink! I had two boys then a girl, it was lovely to see a little pink after two blues. Although I would have been happy with whatever I had. So happy all is well with your little fella.

congrats! Little boys are SO much fun (not that I have anything to compare too but still) we found out the sex too, I liked knowing who this little person in my tummy was and found it helped me bond with him more before he was born :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment on my blog, made me feel a bit famous (also made me wonder if I had been scowling as Tom and I were so tired and grumpy that day!) x
Just catching up here. Congratulations! I have two lovely daughters, but there is something very special about the relationship a mother has with her sons, ... I'm lucky enough to have two sons too. Happy knitting :D
ReplyDeleteSuch an exciting time for you! Hope everything is going well, I remember how tired I got with my second, not so much time for putting up your feet with a lively toddle in tow! Take care Ada :)
